• Skills Required:

Good years of experience in the capacity working as a Business System Analyst

• Hands-on experience with APIs/microservices

• Ability to define API specifications, data mappings, payload formats, request/response structures

• Experience in Agile and Hybrid (waterfall and Agile) methodologies

• Experience with Third Party Management or Risk Management is a nice to have

• Experience working with Executives and on large scale projects

• Demonstrated application of various Business Analysis techniques such as Use Case Modelling, API specification and integration, API compliance standards, process Modelling, Gap Analysis, Root Cause Analysis and Advanced Facilitation skills, including leading Requirements Workshops and Structured Walkthroughs is a must.

• High level requirements elicitation, documentation, and review/approvals (in the form of Features and EPICs)

• Detailed level requirements documentation (user stories, reporting, data requirements)

• Process mapping skills/experience are required (Current and Future state)

• System and integration requirements (if required)
