Job summary :

We are seeking a GeoSpatial Lead Analyst with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Cucumber, BDD, Selenium, and Advanced Java. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can contribute to our geospatial projects and help drive our companys mission forward. The position offers a day shift with no travel requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and implementation of geospatial solutions using Cucumber, BDD, Selenium, and Advanced Java.
• Oversee the design and execution of automated test scripts to ensure the quality and performance of geospatial applications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior analysts and team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver high-quality geospatial solutions. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of geospatial applications to identify and resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in geospatial analysis and software development.
• Develop and maintain documentation for geospatial projects, including technical specifications and user guides.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of geospatial applications to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in geospatial technologies and tools to enhance project outcomes. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide project updates and address any concerns.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Support the integration of geospatial data with other systems and platforms within the organization. - Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering innovative geospatial solutions that drive business growth.

Qualifications:

• Possess strong expertise in Cucumber, BDD, Selenium, and Advanced Java with a proven track record of successful project delivery. - Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. - Exhibit strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
• Have a solid understanding of geospatial concepts and technologies.
• Show proficiency in automated testing frameworks and tools.
• Display a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Be adaptable and open to learning new technologies and methodologies.
• Hold a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Geospatial Science, or a related field.
• Have experience working in a hybrid work model and managing time effectively.
