The Role
We are looking for a 10/10 SaaS Sales Representative-a closer, not a clock-watcher.
This role is not for everyone. If you're hungry, coachable, a high-output operator-and you've sold into the dental, medical, or workflow automation space-read on.
What You'll Do
- Own the full sales cycle: from outbound prospecting to discovery, demo, deal design, and close
- Sell into dentists, practice managers, and DSOs-tailor the pitch to their unique pain points
- Run product demos that feel like consults, not pitches
- Hit and exceed monthly sales KPIs and revenue quotas
- Work directly with leadership to refine our GTM playbook
- Be part of a small, elite team scaling a category-defining platform
Who You Are
- You've closed $10K-$100K+ ARR SaaS deals and exceeded quota consistently
- You're gritty, self-directed, and get a thrill from hitting targets
- You can explain automation to a dentist and still close like a startup killer
- You're familiar with dental workflows, clinic management tools, or Healthtech sales
- You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous, high-reward environments
