Now Hiring: Parts Manager - Altruck International Truck Centres (Kitchener, ON)

Location: 48 Ardelt Avenue, Kitchener, Ontario

Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

Salary: $75,000-$88,000 + Performance Incentives

Are you a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Parts Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Altruck International Truck Centres is looking for a proven leader to join our Kitchener branch, driving sales growth, improving operations, and leading a high-performing team in our parts department.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of parts professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstock/shortages.
  • Analyze sales trends to develop strategies and improve product offerings.
  • Foster strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams-especially service departments.
  • Monitor department performance, budgets, and expenses to ensure profitability.
  • Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure a safe, compliant, and customer-first workplace culture.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in parts or inventory management (preferably in heavy-duty truck parts).
  • Proven leadership skills with a track record of meeting sales and operational targets.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder groups.
  • Familiarity with CDK business systems (an asset).
  • Proficiency in inventory control systems and analytics tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Valid Driver's License and clean abstract (required).
