Salary: $75,000-$88,000 + Performance Incentives
Are you a dynamic, experienced, and results-driven Parts Manager ready to take the next step in your career? Altruck International Truck Centres is looking for a proven leader to join our Kitchener branch, driving sales growth, improving operations, and leading a high-performing team in our parts department.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of parts professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Manage parts inventory to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize overstock/shortages.
- Analyze sales trends to develop strategies and improve product offerings.
- Foster strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams-especially service departments.
- Monitor department performance, budgets, and expenses to ensure profitability.
- Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure a safe, compliant, and customer-first workplace culture.
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of experience in parts or inventory management (preferably in heavy-duty truck parts).
- Proven leadership skills with a track record of meeting sales and operational targets.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across all stakeholder groups.
- Familiarity with CDK business systems (an asset).
- Proficiency in inventory control systems and analytics tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Valid Driver's License and clean abstract (required).
