Key Responsibilities:

• Hire, onboard, and train a high-performing team that shares your enthusiasm for the outdoors.
• Represent and elevate the brand to ensure spirit shines through every customer interaction.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities and implement innovative, revenue-driving strategies.
• Plan and execute exciting promotions and special offers to boost guest engagement and increase sales.
• Manage revenue and expense budgets, working to meet and exceed targets.
• Uphold high standards by maintaining audit-ready retail spaces with exceptional service and organization.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of retail management experience
• Sports & Recreations industry experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong retail experience with high volume sales
• Proactive attitude
