Account Executive

Location: Montreal, QC (hybrid)

Base salary of $60,000 CAD annually, OTE of $75,000 - $80,000 CAD annually.

We partnered with a well-established and trusted Canadian company dedicated to helping entrepreneurs and small businesses succeed online.

As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in the continued growth by nurturing relationships with a portfolio of valuable customers and maximizing revenue within this key segment. Reporting to the Sales Manager and working collaboratively with the Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities and converting qualified leads into loyal clients.

What You'll Do:

  • Connect with warm, qualified inbound leads (no cold calling!) to understand their unique business goals and challenges.
  • Drive new sales and proactively identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to existing clients.
  • Act as a knowledgeable and enthusiastic ambassador for our brand and offerings.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal teams (support, marketing, product) to ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with a portfolio of premium clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing actively to the team's overall success.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in sales, customer success, or account management (preferably within the technology industry).
  • Experience selling digital infrastructure, domains, IaaS, PaaS, or SaaS products is highly desirable.
  • Working knowledge of WordPress is a plus.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written French and English is essential.
  • Strong customer focus with a proven ability to build rapport and lasting relationships quickly.
  • Ability to thrive in a competitive and performance-oriented sales environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and sound business acumen.
