Position: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to help ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for daily administrative tasks, internal coordination, and support functions aimed at maintaining an efficient workplace environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls
- Manage and distribute mail and packages
- Prepare and share weekly reports with leadership
- Order and track office supplies
- Schedule and organize team meetings and events
- Record and circulate meeting notes
- Assist with onboarding and orientation for new employees
- Process vendor invoices and maintain related records
- Track receivables and update financial spreadsheets
- Support coordination of internal and external events
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
- Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Office administration experience considered an asset
