Director of Revenue Operations Agentic AI Startup $12M Raised Toronto-Based

Location: Toronto (Hybrid Preferred)

Type: Full-time

We're working with a seed-stage startup in Toronto that's rethinking how companies go to market using agentic AI - and they just raised $12M from top-tier investors to do it. Their AI-native agents are built to automate the GTM stack - and they're now looking for a Director of Revenue Operations to help build the systems that power their growth.

As one of the earliest hires on the GTM team, you'll design and implement the tools, processes, and insights that drive operational excellence across sales, marketing, and customer success. This is a strategic and hands-on role with direct impact on how the company grows, monetizes, and scales.

What You'll Own:

  • Build and optimize the company's revenue engine - from pipeline to renewal
  • Define and manage key GTM systems: CRM (likely HubSpot or Salesforce), analytics, lead scoring, routing, and forecasting
  • Create dashboards and reporting to support data-driven decisions across sales, marketing, and CS
  • Partner with leadership to design compensation plans, territory models, and growth KPIs
  • Be a key stakeholder in launching new pricing, packaging, and monetization experiments
  • Support the creation of scalable playbooks for sales ops, CS ops, and marketing ops

You Might Be a Fit If You:

  • Have experience in RevOps, Sales Ops, or GTM strategy at an early-stage or high-growth startup
  • Are fluent in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Looker, or similar
  • Can take a blank slate and build - fast
  • Understand the full GTM funnel and love building alignment across functions
  • Are comfortable in ambiguity, bias toward action, and think in systems
  • Are based in Toronto or open to hybrid work with regular time on site
