Position: Bilingual Product Manager - Digital Learning Products (12-month contract)
Our client, located in downtown Toronto is seeking a Bilingual Product Manager to join their team for a 12-month contract. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you'll play a key role in the creation, development, and curation of new feature ideas, bringing them to market and making them accessible.

Key responsibilities:
- Collaborate with internal and external teams to drive the agile development cycle of educational products, ensuring they remain sustainable, monetizable, and user-focused
- Define detailed product requirements and lead the development process, including vision documentation, roadmaps, specifications, prioritization, and deployment planning
- Use research and data to understand user needs, market trends, and competitive solutions
- Gather, develop, and prioritize ideas for product improvements.
- Map user journeys and translate them into story mapping (themes, epics, and user stories)
- Manage relationships with service providers responsible for product development.
- Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Support product owners in identifying and prioritizing new features.
- Track industry trends and best practices in digital learning applications
- Supervise testing and quality assurance processes.
Qualifications:
- Fluently Bilingual in French and English
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience managing web or mobile application development
- Familiarity with modern application development (cloud-first, mobile-first, headless CMS, microservices architecture, serverless applications).
- Experience with DXP/CMS platforms (Drupal, WordPress, Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager) is a plus.
- Understanding of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify) and school systems integration (LMS, SIS) is beneficial.
- Strong grasp of agile methodologies (Scrum, FDD, Lean).
- Expertise in prioritization methods (MoSCoW, ICE, RICE, etc.).
- Proficiency in product management tools (Aha!, Monday, Productboard).
- Experience with cloud solutions (AWS, Azure, Google, Salesforce).
- Ability to use BI and analytics platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics).
- Strong problem-solving and written communication skills.
