Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Research various programs
  • Create and publish job ads on various websites
  • Complete various HR administration tasks
  • Prepare employee payroll packages
  • Managing various new hire documents
  • Assisting with the maintenance of personnel records
  • Creating logins for new hires and adding them to all internal tracking sheets
  • Tracking, distributing and following up , probationary, and annual reviews
  • Performing miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
