The establishment offers an elevated dining experience alongside a lively pub/club atmosphere in the evenings-and a welcoming, family-friendly vibe during the day.As our General Manager, you'll take full ownership of day-to-day operations, inspire your team, drive business targets, and bring fresh energy to our social media and event strategies.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead with Impact: Manage daily operations across front-of-house and back-of-house, from opening (11 AM) through late-night close (12-2 AM).
  • Drive Guest Engagement: Deliver exceptional customer service, address complaints quickly, and create memorable experiences.
  • Boost Our Online Presence: Oversee brand activity across social media platforms and support marketing efforts to grow our following and engagement.
  • Streamline Operations: Implement process improvements, oversee inventory and vendor relations, and maintain high product and service quality.
  • Build and Motivate Your Team: Recruit, train, schedule, and develop FOH and BOH staff to deliver consistent, high-level performance.
  • Maintain High Standards: Monitor food, beverage, cleanliness, and service quality to meet or exceed expectations.
  • Ensure Compliance: Follow all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, including Smart Serve and Ontario liquor laws.
  • Control Costs: Manage labor, food, and beverage expenses in line with budget goals.
  • Stay Current: Represent us at industry events and keep up with hospitality trends and best practices.
  • Host Great Events: Collaborate on exciting, well-executed events that attract and delight our customers.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years in a General Manager or Assistant GM role in a high-volume food and beverage setting
  • Proven leadership across both FOH and kitchen operations
  • Strong financial and scheduling skills
  • Smart Serve certified, with deep knowledge of Ontario compliance requirements
  • A collaborative, hands-on leader who solves problems with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays, and late nights
  • A love for Irish culture and hospitality is a big plus!
