Adecco is currently hiring a full-time Procurement Analyst to support a key client's Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in Lloydminster. Reporting to the Team Lead, SCM Upstream, the successful candidate will play a critical role in supporting material procurement for Maintenance and Project teams. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with excellent time management, multitasking, and communication skills.

  • Location: Lloydminster, SK (Preference will be given to local candidates to Lloydminster, this is not camp based FIFO role)
  • Shift: Mon - Fri 8 hrs./day
  • Job type: Temporary Full-time 12-month contract

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain Requests for Quotation (RFQs) to obtain pricing and delivery information for Maintenance and Project Non-Stock Material requirements.
  • Conduct RFQs for Project bulk material purchases.
  • Expedite material orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Resolve issues related to Purchase Requisitions and Purchase Orders.
  • Collaborate with business units and vendors to support procurement and sourcing needs

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in Supply Chain or Procurement.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
  • Supply Chain Management certification.
  • Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management module).
  • Understanding of the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
