Bison Fire Protection Inc., a leader in the fire protection industry is growing and searching for an Estimating Administrator! for our branch location in Winnipeg, MB.

Responsibilities

• Convert field reports to customer presentable format
• Communicate with field technicians for accuracy
• Prepare quotations for repairs and deficiency rectification
• Apply pricing to materials and labour for fire protection equipment related repairs
• Other administrative duties as required

Skills Required and Qualifications

• General knowledge of quoting and quotation presentation
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Motivated self starter
• Typing and Computer skills
• Ability to present technical data in clear simple terms
• Ability to plan for / meet deadlines
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word
• Strong understanding and commitment to the requirements of confidentiality
• Good organizational skills, attention to details and the ability to multi task.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• A positive and can do attitude that enable you to deal with challenging situation with integrity, empathy and sincerity.
• Ability to deal effectively and courteously with all staff, customers and general public
• A team player with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• General knowledge of fire alarm systems and sprinkler system is a strong asset
• Open to new graduates
