Position Overview:
As an HR - Organizational Development Advisor, you will work closely with a collaborative HR team to strengthen internal communication, enhance employee engagement, and promote a positive, inclusive workplace culture. You'll play a key role in supporting leaders, optimizing HR processes, and helping align people strategies with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the delivery of internal communication strategies that promote corporate values and vision.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters including conflict resolution, workplace changes, health, and attendance.
Collaborate with leaders to proactively address team dynamics and foster a positive work environment.
Contribute to the development and implementation of employee engagement and recognition programs.
Support ongoing diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) efforts.
Maintain and update company HR policies and ensure legislative compliance.
Manage and organize employee records within internal databases and systems.
Perform other related HR functions to support departmental and organizational goals.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a progressive HR or organizational development role.
CPHR designation (or working toward it) is preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR principles, and best practices.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with ADP and SharePoint is an asset.
Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail.

Compensation and Benefits:
Salary range: $75,000-$85,000 annually based on a 37.5-hour work week and experience level.
