Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Mechanical Estimator at Pure Placements located in the GTA. The Senior Mechanical Estimator will be responsible for estimating project costs, preparing bids, analyzing blueprints, coordinating with vendors, and managing project budgets.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical estimating and project management
• Proficiency in analyzing blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
