Key Responsibilities:
- Perform rebuild, retrofit, and general assembly tasks under the supervision of a qualified technician.
- Clean vehicles and parts as directed.
- Support technicians in various functional areas as needed.
- Prepare vehicles for painting by scuffing surfaces, masking, and rust removal.
- Follow company safety policies and Occupational Health and Safety regulations.
- Report accidents, incidents, near misses, and injuries promptly.
- Adhere to medical and first aid procedures as required.
- Consistently apply safe work practices.
Required Qualifications:
- 310S License or equivalent certification (mandatory).
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills.
- Proven ability to work effectively with teams and customers.
- Ability to work swing shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
- Must meet anthropometrical size restrictions for confined space work.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a Shop/Manufacturing Environment is an asset.
Work Conditions and Environment:
- Supervision Level: Medium (some self-directed tasks).
- Distractions/Interruptions: Minimal to medium.
- Work Environment: Manufacturing/shop floor with some office exposure.
- Hazards: Exposure to heavy machinery, noise, dust, paint, and temperature changes.
Physical Demands:
- Various postures, including standing, sitting, crouching, kneeling, and lying down.
- Working in vertical spaces ranging from 105 to 135 cm may be required.
- Use of creepers for work under vehicles (approx. 65 cm clearance).
- Climbing on/off vehicles, including entry through roof hatches, rear openings, or driver's hatch.

Medical Surveillance: May include inoculations, respiratory fit testing, audiometric testing, vision checks, and designated substance surveillance as required.
