Architectural Technologist - Residential (Revit)

Calgary, AB Full-Time Residential Focus

We're seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Technologist to join a growing residential architecture studio in Calgary. If you're passionate about thoughtful design, experienced in residential projects, and fluent in Revit, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

• Produce detailed construction drawings and documentation using Revit
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and consultants throughout all project phases
• Apply knowledge of Alberta Building Code and local zoning bylaws
• Assist with permit and tender documentation
• Coordinate with clients and project stakeholders to ensure clarity and accuracy

What You Bring:

• Diploma or degree in Architectural Technology or related field
• 3+ years of experience in residential architecture (single-family, multi-family, or custom homes)
• Proficiency in Revit is a must (AutoCAD and SketchUp a bonus)
• Solid understanding of building systems, construction detailing, and local codes
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work both independently and collaboratively
