Customer Service & Sales Operations Coordinator

Inforesight Consumer Products Inc. (ICP) is a leader in radiant heating and control technology. We are growing and looking for a bright, motivated, and energetic individual to join us in our mission to deliver world class heating solutions under our Solaira () and Aura () Brands. We are looking for an organized, detailed Sales Coordinator to support our sales team and initiatives. This person will be eager to develop their skills, learn quickly and be part of an agile team. Responsibilities

  • Manage & support inbound phone/mail/trade show inquiries and distribute sales and inquiries to CRM, Internal sales team and external dealers
  • Provide excellent customer service by working as part of a team, collaborating with colleagues to resolve client issues, warranty and returns in a timely manner
  • Actively use CRM software to log sales leads and inquiries, create follow up reports for sales team and account managers
  • Manage sales process; Validate/confirm POs, Freight Status/POD for Accounting & Sales
  • Provide sales support for general inquiries, sales team and specified accounts
  • Produce bill of materials, heating layouts, quotes & freight estimates for the sales team
  • Maintaining accurate records of client communications and resolutions
  • Maintain customer ordering portal/electronic data interface
  • Compile, manage and distribute digital and print resources for stakeholder content requirements (Engineers, Architects, Reps, Distributors, channel partners)
  • Assist the sales team in reviewing project specifications and requirements, develop heater layouts using our layout tools.
  • Facilitate customer product training (webinar, print/digital formats)

Qualifications

  • A college/university degree or equivalent experience
  • Highly organized and detail orientated
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to communicate within a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer success experience
