JOB DESCRIPTION

Insight Global is seeking a Sanctions Senior Service Representative (EFTR) to join CCBO Payments Operations, the centralized wire hub for a major financial institution. This role is responsible for supporting the review, correction, and resubmission of electronic funds transfer records to FINTRAC, ensuring compliance with Canadian AML reporting requirements for international wire payments of $10,000 or more. Key duties include monitoring and editing records before FINTRAC submission, using the EFTR Reject Management Tool to enrich and repair records, and addressing warnings or rejections for timely resubmission. The position requires strong attention to detail, fast and accurate data entry, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently in a deadline-driven environment. The role follows a hybrid schedule with at least one day per week in the Mississauga office, and may require overtime during peak periods. This is a 6 month contract to hire position, 1 days per week onsite, Mississauga.

• Accurate and speedy keyboarding/data entry skills

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and perform repetitive tasks without losing focus

• Previous experience in finance
