CATALYST Production Systems Ltd. is a subsidiary of Whitewater Management and is a locally owned company focused in the Production Chemical market within Grande Prairie, AB area.

With a strong focus on customer service and technical expertise, CATALYST is quickly becoming a leader as a Production Chemical provider within the Oil and Gas Industry.

We are looking for an energetic, positive, experienced individual who will be able to manage multiple aspects of our rapidly expanding business, in a fast-paced environment, based in our Grande Prairie Office.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and training for area Account Managers
• Field and lab-based testing and reporting
• Assist in product/application development
• Generate technical reports and recommendations
• Review and evaluate deployed programs
• Pipeline risk assessment and flow modelling
• Account management
• Submission of accurate reports to customers
• Inventory management
• Business development
• HSE reporting (JSA's and Safety Observations)

Competencies

• Technical proficiency and experience in production chemical applications
• Working knowledge of issues related to oil and gas production, with a specific focus/interest in internal corrosion
• Basic laboratory skills
• Preferred background/education in a science-related discipline (chemistry preferred)
• Strong sales and business development competency, with a focus on customer service
• Exceptional MS Office skills (excel, word, outlook)
• Safety leadership

Preferred Requirements and Qualifications

• 5 or more years experience in Production Chemicals with a focus on treating both Oil and Gas
• Post-secondary degree/diploma in chemistry preferred
• Basic industry safety tickets (H2S, First Aid)
• Class 5 Driver's license (Non-GDL)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $85,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
