What You'll Do:

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, including central AC, furnaces, boilers, ductless units, and hydronics.
• Perform maintenance, adjustments, and warranty services to ensure long-term system efficiency.
• Provide transparent, customer-first service, ensuring every job is done right.
• Work closely with our service and office teams to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
• Maintain safety and compliance with industry standards, including TSSA and OHSA.

What We Look For:

• 313D License (Air Conditioning & Refrigeration).
• Gas Technician 2 (G2) Certification (mandatory).
• Experience servicing HVAC units with strong knowledge of heating, cooling, ventilation, and boiler systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to read schematics and work plans accurately.
• Valid driver's license (owning a work-related vehicle is a plus).
