Position Overview:

Di Brina Family Holdings is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and personal support. This role requires an individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to maintaining the utmost privacy and confidentiality. The successful candidate will support the family's personal and professional needs, ensuring seamless coordination and execution of day-to-day responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Support:

  • Manage family members' schedules, including personal and professional appointments, events, and meetings.
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents with flawless English grammar and style.
  • Maintain and organize records, files, and sensitive documents.

Travel and Event Coordination:

  • Arrange complex travel itineraries, including transportation, accommodations, and itineraries for personal and business trips.
  • Plan and execute private family events, including coordinating vendors, venues, and logistics.

Technology and Tools:

  • Utilize various software and platforms to manage schedules, budgets, and tasks, including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana or Trello.
  • Support family members with technical needs, such as managing devices and troubleshooting software.

Confidentiality and Privacy:

  • Ensure the highest level of discretion in handling sensitive information.
  • Protect the family's privacy in all interactions and communications.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Experience and Skills:

  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional English reading, writing, and communication skills. The ability to craft impeccable correspondence and documents is essential.
  • Attention to Detail: A proven track record of meticulousness and accuracy in managing schedules, documentation, and tasks.

Technological Expertise:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with tools such as Google Workspace, Asana, Trello, and digital filing systems.
  • Strong understanding of technology troubleshooting, including managing devices and accounts.

Organizational Skills:

  • Exceptional ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000, based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
