To support our fast-growing platform, we're looking for an AI Operations Associate who's eager to learn, thrives in a technical environment, and is ready to roll up their sleeves, even at unusual hours. It's a role with plenty of room for growth, if you showcase the right attitude.

What You'll Do

• Be on the frontlines of our 24/7 support infrastructure, resolving technical issues and answering platform-related queries.
• Collaborate with engineers and data specialists to troubleshoot and resolve incidents.
• Maintain and improve internal documentation and support workflows.
• Work evening, night, and weekend shifts (additional pay provided), maximum 2 times per week.

What You Bring

• A knack for solving problems and staying calm under pressure.
• Strong communication skills-you know how to translate technical talk into plain language.
• Some experience (or strong curiosity) with SaaS platforms, APIs, or data operations.
• Flexibility to work outside of traditional hours and contribute to a rotating support schedule.
