Job Title: Desktop Support Technician

Job Description:

We are looking for a Desktop Support Technician to assist with a printer relocation and setup within the same branch location. This is a one-time on-site engagement involving the safe relocation, installation, and testing of a network printer.

Job Responsibilities:

• Relocate an existing printer to a new location within the same branch
• Reconnect and install the printer hardware and ensure all cables and connections are secure
• Configure the printer on the network (if applicable)
• Perform post-installation testing, including printing a test page from a connected workstation
• Ensure proper functioning and report any issues immediately

Job Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with printer hardware, installation, and troubleshooting
• Basic understanding of desktop support practices
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Availability for a one-time, short-term engagement

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience handling office equipment moves
• Experience working in IT support or field services
