Role Overview

We're hiring a Junior Creative Producer to help develop, package, and oversee YouTube-first content from idea to upload. You'll be deeply involved in every stage of the creative process, from brainstorming titles and thumbnails to scripting, researching, reviewing edits, and publishing final videos. You'll work directly with the creator and production teams to bring ideas to life. This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced role designed for someone with strong storytelling instincts, sharp creative judgment, and a deep understanding of YouTube culture.

  • Idea and sketch thumbnail concepts
  • Reverse-engineer trends, formats, and performance from top creators
  • Research topics, tech, inventions, or stories that unlock big creative angles

  • Watch a lot of YouTube and know why things perform the way they do

Writing & Scripting

  • Write titles, hooks, and cold opens that grab attention fast

  • Iterate quickly based on creator or team feedback
  • Collaborate with team members to adapt scripts on the fly

Post-Production Oversight

  • Track video progress from filming to editing to final delivery
  • Collaborate with editors to tighten story, pacing, and visual structure
  • Flag issues with structure, pacing, or clarity in rough cuts
  • Help maintain a publishing calendar and pipeline visibility
  • Monitor analytics and performance to improve future content

Production Support

  • Attend shoots and assist with creative execution
  • Make creative decisions on set in collaboration with the creator
  • Track scenes, shots, and key storytelling moments during filming
  • Adapt story plans as shoots evolve or unexpected moments arise
  • Work with editors to translate filmed material into tight, high-retention narratives

Publishing

  • Assist in uploading final videos, thumbnails, and metadata
  • Double-check formatting, descriptions, timestamps, and quality settings
  • Track publishing across YouTube and other platforms
  • Maintain the release calendar and coordinate posting deadlines
  • Monitor content performance and pull insights for future videos

Publishing & Analytics

  • Upload and schedule final videos, thumbnails, and metadata in YouTube Studio
  • Double-check formatting, descriptions, timestamps, and quality settings
  • Maintain the publishing calendar and coordinate release deadlines
  • Monitor content performance post-launch
  • Track metrics like CTR, retention, watch time, and audience feedback
  • Identify content patterns and surface insights for future videos
  • Make creative recommendations based on analytics and performance trends

You're a Great Fit If You:

  • Are obsessed with YouTube and understand why certain videos blow up
  • Have a sharp eye for pacing, tone, and visual storytelling
  • Are a strong communicator and natural problem solver
  • Can write fast, ideate fast, and pivot quickly when things change
  • Want to be involved in every part of the creative process
  • Have a bias toward action, ownership, and constant improvement

Preferred Experience

  • Have created or helped produce YouTube content
  • Comfortable writing scripts or leading creative direction
  • Familiar with story structure, short-form storytelling, and YouTube pacing
  • Some experience with editing or reviewing edits
  • Passionate about internet culture, innovation, and performance content

Why Work Here?
