Technical Project Management

• 10+ years of project management on enterprise projects, including managing scope, risk, resources, schedules, and costs
• 10+ years of experience in the creation of project documentation
• Experience with recommending revisions or changes in scope and framework
• Experience with I&IT Project management frameworks
• Identifying strategic and operational requirements of a specific project (product) management environment for IT initiatives
• Developing project (product) design criteria, planning activities, and business objectives
• PMP
• Experience with the following computing environments:
• Oracle Database, Unix (Solaris, AIX, Linux), and Windows (Server) Operating Platforms
• WebLogic and Microsoft IIS Web/Application Servers and Mainframe applications.
• Experience in working in accordance with policies and procedures of Ontario Public Service
