The Opportunity:

The Administrator, Business Applications, plays a pivotal role in supporting Procom's internal business systems. Reporting directly to the Manager, Business Applications, this individual provides user-facing technical support and enablement and liaises with third-party application vendors.

This role ensures smooth and efficient application use across departments, enhances user experience, and fosters continuous improvements by coordinating application upgrades, resolving system issues, and supporting technology-related projects.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide timely and effective technical support for software issues encountered by internal users.
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to identify and resolve bugs and system performance issues.
  • Document recurring issues and solutions for future reference.
  • Facilitate and coordinate user training sessions for tools, software and applications.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, ensuring availability in multiple languages when needed.
  • Promote user adoption through proactive engagement and guidance.
  • Produce and analyze reports on system usage and performance metrics.
  • Preparing insights on system performance and software.
  • Verify compliance and identify optimization opportunities within workflows and applications.
  • Support project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Coordinate organization of requirements and meetings to keep projects on schedule.
  • Stay current with industry trends, particularly those relevant to talent acquisition and sales technologies.
  • Translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education is required; a degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field of study.
  • Related professional experience within technical support.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience with business application support, preferably in talent acquisition or ERP/ATS environments (preferably Bullhorn).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skill.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify inefficiencies in workflows.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment systems and business application workflows.
  • Comfortable supporting a large user base (400+ users).

Nice to Have:

  • French (spoken and written).
  • Experience with enterprise-level vendor relationship management.
  • Customer Success Experience.
