Skills and Responsibilities:

•Good experience with Axway and Tumbleweed applications an asset.

•Provide support to BAs for Axway configuration and technical implementations.

•Work closely with key stakeholders to ensure all business requirements are developed and clearly communicated.

•Handle software applications development, testing & implementation of project deliverables.

•Analyze and resolve technical and applications issues.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve development constraints and deployment issues.

•Maintains data standard and security measures through the implementation of information technology plans, policies, and standards.

•Adhere to the quality objectives and engineering best practices, perform complete unit and integration testing, code reviews, secure coding standard, and deliver complete documentation.

•Good years of IT technology or operations experience, preferably in a large company

•Minimal level of functional & technical knowledge of Axway and Tumbleweed.

•Certifications in core programming languages

•Experience in various IT methodologies e.g. Agile / Waterfall

•Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Service Now

•A relevant University degree/technical certification, and/or relevant experience commensurate to the role is an asset by not required

•Excellent troubleshooting experience including online server trace, app engine trace, SQR trace using SQR Runner, COBOL trace etc.

•Specialized in writing the data extraction interfaces and conversion scripts from legacy/feeder systems.

•Experience in writing Test Plans, cases & scripts based on system specifications and expertise in regression, system, integration, functional and performance Testing.

•Excellent reporting skills in SQL, SQR Programming/Reporting, Crystal reporting & PS Query.

•Strong documentation and written presentation skills .
