We are currently looking to expand our team and are looking for key players to join our company and help grow our culture. Responsibilities

We are looking for a person who has related experience in office management with a strong background in sales.

• Account Management of client portfolios, taking customer enquiries, and working closely with the R&D department to help develop clients products and maintain their account for ongoing production and development

• Manage the basic day-to-day financial operations and office operations

• Work closely with the Management team to review processes, implement best practices and enhance productivity. and create and organize systems.

• Assist in developing and maintaining management reporting

• Help aid company compliance with all regulatory and governmental agencies.

• Support Management on special projects.

• Perform various other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite.

• Experience in manufacturing and inventory accounting an asset.

• Experience QuickBooks Online is an asset.

• Demonstrates high energy with the ability to remain flexible and change priorities in a challenging and fast-paced environment.

• Capable problem solver who follows rigorous logic to bring practical solutions to complex problems.

• Strong commitment to personal excellence and willingness to go the extra mile.

• Flexibility to support beyond core business hours when necessary.
