Job Description:
Celestial Systems is looking for a highly motivated Account Executive (AE) to drive new business growth in the SMC (Small and Medium Corporates) and Mid-Market segments. This is a hunting sales role focused on new logo acquisition-ideal for sales professionals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to build a strong sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and acquire new SMC and mid-market clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive pipeline growth and revenue.
- Conduct prospecting activities, including cold outreach, networking, and attending industry events.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Travel as needed for client meetings, conferences, and sales presentations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to craft compelling proposals and close deals.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology or consulting services.
- Proven track record of hunting, prospecting, and closing new business.
- Experience selling to SMC or mid-market clients is a plus.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated, self-driven, and goal oriented.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet business objectives.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-moving environment.
