What You'll Do

As an Account Executive, you'll play a pivotal role in our growth strategy - owning the entire sales cycle and helping small to mid-sized Shopify brands adopt our technology.

Your mission: open doors, earn trust, and close deals.

  • Identify, engage, and convert qualified leads into happy customers.
  • Own the full sales cycle: outbound, discovery, demo, close, and handoff.
  • Lead product demos and storytelling that show how Glowtify solves real problems.
  • Work closely with marketing to test and refine outreach sequences.
  • Provide feedback to product and leadership on what customers want and need.
  • Hit and exceed your monthly quota (we'll celebrate when you do).

You'll Thrive If You

  • Have 2-4 years of sales experience (SaaS, eCom, or agency preferred).
  • Are comfortable running high-velocity outbound cycles with SMBs.
  • Are excellent at discovery - you ask the right questions, not just the most.
  • Know how to pitch based on value, not just features.
  • Are driven by results, but value relationships.
  • Want to help shape the sales playbook, not just follow it.

Bonus Points If You

  • Know Shopify and-or Klaviyo.
  • Have sold to eCommerce founders, CMOs, or Marketing Directors.
  • Have startup or zero-to-one experience.
  • Speak French (many of our clients are in Quebec ).
