Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Lawyer at LOUDMOUTHS . The Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, preparing legal documents, representing clients in court, providing legal advice, and negotiating settlements.

Qualifications

• Legal Research, Legal Writing, and Document Preparation skills
• Courtroom representation and Negotiation skills
• Experience in providing legal advice and client representation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
• Experience in civil litigation or corporate law is a plus
• JD from an accredited law school
