Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executive's calendar, appointments, travel arrangements, and daily workflow with efficiency and discretion.
- Oversee and manage the entire office environment, ensuring optimal organization and functionality.
- Act as a key point of contact between executives and employees, fostering clear and positive communication.
- Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and ensure all logistics are handled seamlessly.
- Maintain and organize important documents, records, and files with precision.
- Utilize Office 365 tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) to streamline tasks and communication.
- Support HR and team engagement efforts by organizing events, meetings, and staff interactions.
- Proactively handle operational issues and anticipate the needs of the executive and broader team.
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an Executive Administrative Assistant, Office Manager, or similar administrative role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills - confident, approachable, and extroverted.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 suite is essential.
