Key Responsibilities:
Team Supervision
- Oversee daily operations and staff on shift
- Delegate duties, support team productivity, and maintain service quality
- Provide on-the-job training and feedback to team members
Guest Service & Operations
- Ensure a high standard of customer service and food presentation
- Handle guest concerns and support positive dining experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and safety across all areas
Compliance & Inventory
- Enforce food safety and hygiene procedures
- Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
- Monitor shift reports and ensure accurate records
Schedule:
- 8-hour shifts
- Morning, afternoon, or evening availability
- Weekdays and weekends as required
Candidate Profile:
If You Are in Canada:
- Minimum 6 months of supervisory experience in a food service setting
- Interest in building a long-term career in Calgary
If You Are Outside Canada:
- 3+ years of relevant food service leadership experience
- English language proficiency at CLB 6 or higher
General Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Familiarity with food handling, safety, and service standards
- Effective communication and team leadership skills
