Position Overview:

The Customer Service Representative acts as the first point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and customers. This role is key to maintaining client satisfaction and supporting the company's commitment to high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and efficiency
  • Process customer orders and input details accurately into internal systems
  • Coordinate with production and sales teams to ensure order accuracy and timely delivery
  • Provide product and service information, and recommend solutions when needed
  • Resolve customer issues quickly, identifying root causes and offering clear solutions
