Our vision
At TransCrypts, we're a dynamic and ambitious team on a mission to modernize outdated technologies. From transforming how individuals verify their professional credentials, to reshaping the future of financial advice, to automating recruitment we are committed to creating groundbreaking solutions.
We're merging cutting-edge technology with an intuitive user experience that is both inspiring and human. We believe every product built for the new generation should feel this way. If you're passionate about working on innovative projects that can truly make an impact, we invite you to join us.
What you'll do
As our Senior iOS Front-End Architect, you'll define and own the architecture that powers our entire mobile experience; from dependency management to state handling to build and release automation. You'll transform ideas and Figma frames into pixel-perfect, buttery-smooth SwiftUI views that feel native in every sense, navigating layout nuances and accessibility with the same care you bring to business logic. You'll shape seamless, secure user journeys: invisible to real users, impenetrable to bots, and robust across biometric auth, token refresh, and App Review scrutiny.
You'll lay the groundwork for modular, testable iOS codebases with clear architectural patterns (MVVM, DI), supporting squads as they scale new features with confidence. You'll champion quality through unit and UI test coverage, CI/CD pipelines, and phased rollout strategies that minimize risk, responding to user feedback and App Store reviews with agility. As we grow, your changelogs and versioning discipline will ensure compatibility and traceability across builds.
You'll help bring our design system to life in SwiftUI creating composable, reusable components that empower designers to prototype rapidly and engineers to build without reinventing the wheel. Through code reviews, pairing, and thoughtful technical docs, you'll mentor teammates, shape best practices, and unlock collective velocity. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with designers, product managers, and backend engineers to frame user problems, weigh trade-offs, and launch solutions that scale cleanly and delight our users.
If building native apps that remain elegant as they grow, and helping others do the same, sounds like your kind of challenge then we'd love to meet you!
Our tech stack (Tools and technologies you will directly be working with):
Required:
- Build and ship high-quality iOS apps using SwiftUI (or UIKit where appropriate); deep understanding of view lifecycle and declarative UI patterns
- Use tools like SwiftLint, SwiftFormat, and pre-commit hooks to enforce style guides and catch code smells early in the dev workflow
- Proficient with Foundation, Combine, Codable, URLSession, Core Data, and other system frameworks
- Implement OAuth2 / JWT sessions, refresh-token handling, Keychain access, biometric auth, and app transport security (ATS)
- Experience with MVVM (or similar), dependency injection, and scalability of large iOS codebases
- Use Combine or async/await patterns to handle API calls, state, and caching efficiently (e.g., leveraging URLCache or custom cache layers)
- Unit and UI testing using XCTest, XCUITest; snapshot or integration testing familiarity
- Github pipelines. Set up pipelines, fastlane integration, TestFlight deployments, feature-flag toggles
- Translate Figma mocks to pixel-perfect native UI; collaborate with designers to align on responsiveness and UX
- Optimize for app launch time, memory usage, and scrolling performance; use Instruments, Xcode Organizer, and monitor crash/log analytics (e.g., Firebase, Sentry)
- Familiarity with managing provisioning profiles, certificates, build uploads, and app metadata
- Experience with phased rollouts, versioning, changelogs, and responding to App Review feedback
- Familiarity with Cocoapods or Carthage; for managing and integrating third-party libraries without version conflicts
- Drive architecture discussions, mentor peers, and communicate trade offs with product/design partners.
Who you are
We're looking for someone exceptional. Someone who loves to create, own, and push boundaries. Your abilities and passion are what matter most to us, not the degrees or years of experience. Here's what we're hoping to find:
- You love coding: Like really love coding. It's a hobby as much as a job.
- You write beautiful code: We care about code quality and doing it right the first time. If you're a fan of clean, maintainable code, you'll fit right in.
- Take ownership: You're not just here to code; you're here to create something lasting, taking complete ownership over what you build. You know how to take a project from zero to one.
- Strong opinions, loosely held: Confident in your expertise and opinions but willing to adapt to new information.
- Good vibes only: We're building something awesome and want to enjoy the process together. Low ego, high energy and kindness is what we're about. We're here to build and have fun.
What's in it for you
- In office work: We believe collaboration is much more effective in the office, and way more fun!
- Extremely Competitive salary
- Health and medical benefits
- Employee Stock Option Plan
- Be part of something big: This is a rare chance to help shape the future of a product that could redefine how people manage their data.
- Freedom & trust: You'll have the freedom to run your projects and show us the best way forward.
