The Role
You'll be the creator's right hand- managing life logistics, production tasks, inboxes, outreach, and day-to-day operations that keep everything moving. T his is a dynamic position with high visibility, creative access, and evolving responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Project Management
- Track progress across multiple content and operational projects
- Maintain task lists, deadlines, and priorities for the creator and team
- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks during production, planning, or publishing
Inbox & Communication
- Manage and organize email inboxes
- Respond to and flag messages based on priority
- Coordinate communication with collaborators, brands, vendors, and guests
- Maintain an organized communication system and follow-ups
Personal Support
- Manage the creator's personal and business calendar
- Book appointments, travel, services, and reservations
- Run errands: purchases, returns, pickups, deliveries
- Track subscriptions, bills, renewals, and personal to-do lists
- Create structure around daily routines and weekly planning
Collaboration & Outreach
- Identify and reach out to potential creators, companies, and experts for content collaborations
- Follow up and manage communication threads across email, DMs, and calendar
- Schedule calls, in-person collabs, or guest shoot days
Creative and Production Support
- Assist in brainstorming video concepts rooted in curiosity, virality, and shock factor
- Research feasibility of experiments, stunts, inventions, and tech
- Track down reference materials, case studies, or similar executions
- Prep materials, props, gear, and snacks for shoot days
- Assist on set when needed (setup, time tracking, BTS capture, gear handling)
- Maintain prop and gear organization
- Track purchases, returns, and production expenses
Content Scheduling & Posting
- Upload and schedule videos across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and Snapchat
- Ensure all metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions) is correctly formatted
- Maintain the publishing calendar and checklist
- Perform light content QA and formatting before release
Additional Responsibilities (As Needed)
- This is a fast-moving environment, and priorities may shift. You may be asked to support special projects, help with event coordination, prep for travel, or assist in new creative experiments.
