Job Details:
Full-time
Experienced
Benefits:
Health Insurance

Meroka is on a mission to restore humanity in healthcare. We partner with independent physicians across the US to help their practices grow with clarity, dignity, and patient-first values-free from the pressures of private equity or profit-at-all-costs models.

We're now hiring a Practice Enablement Strategist to make sure our practice partnerships succeed. This is a high-trust, cross-functional role focused on the real work of transformation-turning our product into meaningful results inside the clinics we serve. You'll be the go-to person for new practice onboarding, thoughtful implementation, and long-term clinic engagement.

You're not running the day-to-day of a clinic, but you'll be central to helping clinic teams thrive-by unlocking the right resources, deploying product tools with care, and building relationships that turn uncertainty into momentum.

Who We Are

Meroka is building the future of independent medicine in the United States. We provide operations, finance, tech, and strategic support to physician-owned practices-helping them grow sustainably and with soul. This is in addition to support for physicians transitioning ownership to the employees of the business.

We believe in clear communication, practical systems, thoughtful design, and long-term thinking. Our tone is warm, grounded, and confident-but never corporate or clinical.

This Role Is Not for You If

  • You see software as a checklist, not a conversation
  • You don't like being the glue between product, people, and process
  • You want to be handed a playbook instead of co-creating it
  • You prefer process over people
  • You aren't motivated by long-term impact or transformation

What You'll Do

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for new Meroka practices-ensuring each clinic gets up and running smoothly with the systems and tools we provide
  • Serve as a trusted sounding board to physicians, managers, and staff-helping them identify where Meroka can add value, and adapting implementation to fit their workflow
  • Coordinate and deploy product & vendor rollouts in a way that respects the pace and personality of each practice
  • Work closely with product, engineering, and partnerships teams to bring practice feedback into our roadmap-this role is on the frontlines and your insights will shape what we build next
  • Identify where external tools or resources are needed and help orchestrate their selection, testing, and deployment
  • Planning, monitoring and managing the necessary resources (human, financial, physical, technological, etc.) to ensure provision of quality services and work is achieved in effective and efficient manner
  • Proactively spot areas where clinics may be stuck, overwhelmed, or underutilizing our tools-and step in with support, training, or better processes
  • Contribute to the long-term development of our enablement playbooks and tools-this is a building role, not a plug-and-play job
  • Build trust, momentum, and ownership within our practices-ensuring they feel deeply supported and set up for success
  • Eventually, mentor and grow a team to scale your work across more practices

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Has 2-6 years' experience in customer experience, implementation, operations, or a related cross-functional role where empathy and execution mattered equally
  • Has worked in (or closely with) healthcare settings and understands the complexity and humanity of clinical operations
  • Loves being the connective tissue between teams and thrives in ambiguity
  • Is great at spotting patterns, diagnosing bottlenecks, and designing workflows
  • Writes clearly, thinks visually, and can move from idea to execution quickly
  • Can confidently manage multiple clinics in different phases of enablement without dropping balls
  • Knows how to use AI tools as leverage-not shortcuts
  • Can thrive in a hybrid rhythm (3-4 days/week in-person in Montreal)
  • Brings emotional intelligence, cultural awareness, and a people-first mindset to every conversation

What We Offer

  • Competitive Compensation, depending on experience
  • Health benefits, retirement savings matching and unlimited vacation
  • A mission-driven, purpose-led role with creative freedom
  • Ownership of your area: this is not a siloed role
  • A fast-moving, kind, and ambitious team that values thoughtful, useful work
  • Opportunities to grow into a larger leadership role across partnerships and operations

Additional Notes

  • This role is an opportunity for frequent travel across the USA for in-person onboarding, training, and enablement support. All travel will be coordinated and supported by the Meroka team.

How to Apply

Please send us:

  1. A Loom video (max 5 minutes) introducing yourself, sharing why this mission matters to you, and walking us through how you've helped implement or roll out systems or change in past orgs
  2. Your CV or a quick overview of your experience

Why This Matters

You're not here to install tools. You're here to empower people. In a system that often ignores the emotional and cultural realities of clinical work, your role is to bring clarity, structure, and energy to the change we want to see. If you care about restoring dignity in healthcare-and know that transformation happens from the inside out-you'll find purpose here.
