Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Purchasing and Logistics Administrator. The responsibilities include managing supply chain operations, coordinating and tracking shipments, handling import/export documentation, and ensuring timely deliveries. The role requires efficient communication with suppliers, monitoring inventory levels, and addressing any logistical issues that may arise. The admin will also be responsible for maintaining up-to-date records and working closely with the customer service team to resolve issues related to orders and deliveries.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in Supply Chain Management and Logistics Management
- Experience with Export procedures and documentation
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
