Position: Education Partnerships Advisor

Location: Toronto, Hybrid - 3 days in-office (flexible on which days)

Salary: $35 to $40 per hour depending on experience

Job Type: 6-month contract with potential to extend or convert

We are recruiting for an Education Partnerships Advisor for our client, a regulatory body. In this hybrid role, you will assist members with the application, registration, and payment processes for professional certificate programs. You will help members determine the best program fit and support corporate training needs to ensure smooth enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Answer member inquiries about the application, registration, and payment processes

- Help members assess if the program is the right fit for them

- Support corporate training needs by working with decision-makers to arrange logistics and confirm payments.

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and track progress toward enrollment targets.

- Develop strategies to meet enrollment goals and adjust as necessary

- Contribute to campaigns to drive interest and support the registration process.

- Collaborate with teams to achieve overall registration goals.

Qualifications:

- Post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Administration or a related field.

- Experience in enrollment management or a similar role.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
