Key Responsibilities

Team Supervision & Operations

• Oversee shift operations and delegate tasks to team members
• Maintain service quality and address customer feedback professionally
• Train and support staff to uphold company standards

Health, Safety & Cleanliness

• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
• Maintain cleanliness in food prep, service, and storage areas

Inventory & Administrative Support

• Assist with inventory tracking and ordering supplies
• Manage POS systems and contribute to daily reporting
• Support staff scheduling and task management

Work Schedule

• 8-hour shifts (morning, afternoon, or evening)
• Monday to Friday, with weekend availability required

Candidate Requirements

• Must currently reside in Canada with valid work authorization
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a supervisory role in food service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Understanding of food handling and customer service best practices

Immigration Support

• This role is eligible for RCIP (Recognized Candidates in Canada) immigration support for qualifying individuals
• Support is based on meeting program requirements and performance in the role
