We are looking for a Receptionist to join the dynamic and energetic team at KRGinsure in our Orillia office. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys creating a welcoming atmosphere and wants to contribute to a supportive, client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing high quality customer service to our clients via email, phone and in person.
- Assist visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls, and provide basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail/deliveries/couriers.
- Perform other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, faxing, etc.
- Accept insurance payments from clients, and provide them with a receipt.
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, telephone etiquette, and professional appearance.
- Dependable, organized, and a team player.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Sound computer skills.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- High school graduate diploma.
- A working knowledge of EPIC is considered an asset.

Must be available to work fulltime hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, from Monday to Friday.
