As the new Director of Marketing, you'll report to the CMO and lead the strategy and execution that fuels growth. From brand and customer marketing to sales enablement and internal comms, your work will shape how they show up-externally and internally. You'll lead a nimble team and collaborate closely with sales, HR, and operations to ensure everything they create reflects the promise of being the most trusted partner.
What You'll Lead
- Loyalty Strategy: Develop targeted programs and communications that deepen clinic relationships, reinforce trust, and increase retention through value-added services and consistent brand delivery.
- Customer & Consumer Marketing: Use insights from pet parents, veterinary teams, and the market to build targeted, emotionally intelligent programs.
- Sales Enablement: Equip field teams with compelling materials, tools, and messaging to convert and deepen vet relationships.
- Internal Communications: Work with HR and Operations to engage employees with purpose-aligned messaging that connects the dots across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Impact: Play a key role in budgeting, planning, and process improvement-bringing best-in-class marketing practice to every corner of the business.
What You Bring
- 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, including brand, demand gen, and B2B or B2B2C program execution.
- Experience in service-based or indirect service delivery models (veterinary or human healthcare, dental, funeral, etc.)
- 3+ years in CPG marketing or working in consumer engagement.
- Strong track record of leading high-performing teams, managing vendors/agencies, and influencing executive leadership.
- Comfort navigating matrixed organizations and driving clarity across cross-functional partners.
