Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a System Administrator based in Calgary, AB. The System Administrator will be responsible for day-to-day system administration tasks, including monitoring and maintaining IT infrastructure, troubleshooting technical issues, providing technical support, and overseeing network administration. The role requires a proactive approach to identifying and resolving system issues to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• System Administration and Network Administration skills
• Experience in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support
• Strong Information Technology background
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, MCSE, or similar are a plus
