OVERVIEW:
Park'N Fly is Canada's leading airport parking provider offering a unique package of time-saving conveniences for all types of travellers. The Sales and Marketing Coordinator position will interest anyone looking for a flexible position within the travel industry. This role is instrumental in handling sales requests and providing support to our field sales representatives and marketing group. This important position contributes to the quality of our customer service and the achievement of our sales and revenue targets.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for handling sales orders, processing new account orders and updates to Parker & ACT
• Efficient and timely processing of invoices and tracking of Purchase Orders against set budgets
• Timely reconciliation of budgets against purchase orders and invoices
• Creates and issues client and partner reports as required
• Efficiently responds and resolves all incoming customer service queries by email or phone (loyalty, app and other client specific queries)
• Liaisons with the operational team as required & creates city specific rates as needed
• Other related duties may include conducting background sales research, liaising between field sales representatives and internal operations personnel, and assisting sales and marketing personnel on projects and assignments
• Community management via social media accounts as required
• Additional duties as assigned by the Vice President and the Director of Marketing
SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
• Minimum of 1 year's experience in a customer service, sales support or marketing role
• An undergraduate degree or college diploma
• Excellent verbal communication and professional English writing skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, Outlook
• Organized with attention to detail
• An ability to prioritize and react quickly to a busy, changing environment
