PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain the Company website ensuring content is up to date, including images, videos and copy, ensuring all content and materials adhere to brand standards
  • Prepare for and execute pre-planned website content flips which may occur during work hours, in the late evening hours/weekends
  • Monitor, track and report on website performance and functionality, ensuring to consistently improve user experience and accessibility
  • Support with implementation of new website, new page creation and optimization
  • Prepare and edit website product copy and SENTALER blog
  • Support and execute SEO on on-page optimization strategy
  • Adding keywords and Meta descriptions where required through the website
  • Create and maintain up to date website content calendar
  • Work with web developers to fix errors and bugs when required
  • Assist with management of the Company's digital asset library and organization
  • Support the marketing team across all marketing initiatives, management of CRM, photoshoots and events (including assisting with set-up and clean-up)
  • Act as point of contact for the operations and fulfilment team as it pertains to product and inventory updates
  • Research existing trends and best practices
  • Other administrative duties may apply

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, E-commerce, Marketing or relevant field
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing, editing, and proofreading
  • High attention to detail with a keen eye for aesthetics and the ability to spot errors
  • Natural self-starter, with ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline oriented entrepreneurial environment
  • Ability to think creatively, problem-solve and generate new ideas
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with Google Analytics/SEO/SEM is an asset
