The Opportunity

We're looking for a Senior UX Researcher to join our design team and take the lead on research across multiple projects. You'll own the UX research function and help shape how we approach design by uncovering insights that drive clear, thoughtful, and effective experiences for our clients' users.

As the dedicated researcher on the team, you'll partner closely with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to guide strategy, inform design decisions, and establish scalable research practices that bring user understanding to the forefront of every project.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Lead and conduct user research to inform UX strategy and design decisions across various client projects.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers and stakeholders to identify research needs, define goals, and plan research activities.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable recommendations that elevate user experiences and support client goals.
• Communicate insights effectively through reports, presentations, and collaborative sessions.
• Define, evolve, and advocate for UX research best practices within the team.
• Balance multiple projects and priorities in fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environments.

Requirements

• 3+ years of practical experience conducting user research across the product lifecycle - from early discovery through to validation.
• Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and how research supports effective UX.
• Experience applying a range of qualitative and quantitative research methods to real-world design challenges.
• Confidently presenting research insights to designers, stakeholders, and clients.
• Comfortable working independently, owning research from planning through to delivery.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
