The RSM (Regional Sales Manager) is a key player in the communication and marketing aspect of our sales team with a focus on increasing sales and market share in addition to achieving territory sales goals based upon business plans. The RSM is responsible for generating new relationships with Quartz and Stone fabricators, kitchen & bath shops, architect & designers, builders and millwork shops, as well as maintaining existing relationships by providing customer service, updates, and sample maintenance. The RSM sets up tower displays, counter racks, etc. and follows up with clients on a regular basis, keeping the working relationship thriving and constant. Always looking for new venues to promote our company and product, the RSM uses his/her resources to find new ways to bring sales to the company. This position requires an entrepreneurial spirit, knowledge and understanding of our products, and excellent communication and marketing skills.
