PURPOSE:

The purpose of this position is to provide administrative assistance, account and production support for website design and digital projects on a daily basis. The Account Coordinator provides support directly to the Account Team helping to manage timelines, gather requirements, and ensure the successful delivery of digital and website design projects.

MASTERY:

1-3 years of experience in an agency environment, preferably supporting digital or website-related projects;

Support Account team in coordination of website design and development projects from kickoff through launch;

Familiarity with website design processes, CMS platforms (ie. WordPress) and responsive design principles;

Strong oral and written communication skills with keen attention to detail;

Ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.

Detail oriented, motivated with excellent follow through skills;

Proactive and solutions oriented;

Understands the pace, demands and sense of urgency required in an agency environment;

Working knowledge of SEO, UX/UI principles is a bonus;

CHEMISTRY:

Builds exceptional relationships with the account and creative team;

Communicates with clients and internal team to gather project requirements, assets, and feedback;

Takes initiative and possesses a strong drive to learn and grow within the organization;

Collaborates with designers, developers, and content teams to keep projects moving forward;

DELIVERY:

Track and update project timelines, deliverables, and client communication using our project management tool,

Help manage revisions and approvals, ensuring all feedback is implemented correctly;

Author and responsible for the preparation, update and completion of account documents including but not limited to, critical path, contact report, work order, status reports and purchase order requests;

Quickly and accurately completes a variety of communication materials, including contact reports, memos, letters, presentations, etc.;

Sources supplier & freelancer quotes and provides accurate specs to provide multiple quote options to the Account Manager or decision maker;

Supports the Account Manager and other team members on reports and procedures related to the management of the account;

Manages all internal projects including promotional campaigns and ensures delivery and budgets are met;

Maintains all folders on the server and ensures all documents within are up to date;

Performs various administrative ad hoc requests for internal team;

Primary Interactions:

Internal: Daily interaction with cross-functional agency team.

External: Interaction with freelancers and third-party vendors as necessary; Coordination with clients as needed.
