Interfinance Mortgage Corporation (12004) is a boutique mortgage brokerage focused on private lending for residential real estate.

We're looking to add a Business Development Manager to join our team full-time. This individual will be primarily responsible responsible for seeking out new private mortgage opportunities, and building and nurturing client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field (preferred)
• Must possess at least a FSRA Mortgage Agent Level 2 license
• Proven experience in business development in the mortgage brokerage industry (2 years minimum)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong team player able to work well in a team environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Strong time management, communication and negotiation skills

Salary Range: $60,000 - $130,000 per year (plus bonus pay)

Work Location: North York, ON (Monday to Friday in-person)

Language requirement: English only (French not required)
